How to calculate weight to height ratio at %

Hi, I have noticed a few times posters have talked about a weight to height ratio as a percentage. Can anyone tell me how this is calculated? I know my daughters BMI but don't know how you get to the %.

Hi Say my name,
I have trawled google as you probably have and all that I keep getting is BMI but I know that CAMHS often use ratios to rather than BMI'S I wonder if there would be any value is asking Camhs
when you find out would you mind posting it here to help others as well, I will do the same if I get there first.
