I am making this post as an EDA administrator. I realise that the prospect of making a post can be daunting and exposing. So I thought that I would suggest a theme in the hopes that it will stimulate conversation. This posts looks back to when my daughter first became ill, she always insisted in walking everywhere, I want along with it, now I know why she did that, I feel that I was so gullible and easily duped. We are in a much better space now and she has admitted that she took every opportunity to exercise even when she was in a unit. I thought that it may be useful to discuss any experiences that you have like this and things to look out for to help those who's child is over-excercising. Please also tell us if you found a way of managing their over-excercising behaviour.
